Ta trata aki di un evento dirigí tantu riba nos komunidat lokal komo nos bishitantenan for di eksterior. Pa e edishon aki un total di 5 chèf internashonal lo tei pa forma parti di Flavors of Curaçao. Ofisina di Turismo di Kòrsou (CTB) ta kontentu di por kontribuí na e proyekto aki sigur mirando e meta ku CHATA tin ku e evento esta pa rekoudá fondo pa invertí den proyektonan na benefisio di turismo i komunidat. Durante nan estadia na Kòrsou e chèfnan lo partisipá na dos evento.

E promé evento ta un sena íntimo riba dia 28 di sèptèmber prepará pa 3 di e chèfnan internashonal. Sr. John Moeller, ‘Head Chef’ di Kas Blanku, sr. Antonio Albertsz, chèf na Walt Disney i sr. Fernando Desa, chèf ehekutivo di Goya Foods. E di dos evento ku e chèfnan lo partisipá na dje ta e evento di Flavors of Curaçao riba djasabra 29 di sèptèmber riba lugá di parker di Hilton Curaçao. Durante di e evento aki na diferente orario e chèfnan lo deleitá tur bishitante ku demostrashonnan úniko di kushinamentu. Na e evento di djasabra lo partisipá; sr. Justin Niessen, un chèf yu di Kòrsou ku a habri su propio restorant na Rotterdam, Hulanda, Fernando Desa, John Moeller, Matthijs Mulder, di Hulanda ku tin un ‘Michelin star’ i tambe Antonio Albertsz.

CTB and CHATA Welcome International Chefs

Arriving for Flavors of Curaçao event

 

WILLEMSTAD- September 27th, 2018 – This year will see the third edition of the Flavors of Curaçao culinary festival, organized by the Curaçao Hospitality and Tourism Association (CHATA). The event caters to the local community as well as visitors. A total of five international chefs will be on the island to participate in this year’s edition. The Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB) is delighted to contribute to this project, especially in view of CHATA’s aim to invest the generated funds in projects that will benefit our tourism and community. The chefs will be participating in two separate events during their stay in Curaçao.

The first is an intimate dinner on September 28, prepared by three of the international chefs: White House Head Chef John Moeller, Walt Disney Chef Antonio Albertsz and Executive Chef at Goya Foods Fernando Desa. The second event, on Saturday, September 29, on the Hilton Curaçao parking lot, is Flavors of Curaçao. At different times during this event, the chefs will be delighting those in attendance with unique demonstrations of their culinary art. On Saturday, the event will include Justin Niessen, a Curaçaoan chef with his own restaurant in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, as well as Fernando Desa, John Moeller, Michelin Star Chef Matthijs Mulder of the Netherlands and Antonio Albertsz.
