On the premises of Landhuis Chobolobo (Saliña) the best restaurants of Curaçao present themselves with their signature dishes. They all serve delicious small dishes and culinary appetizers. What do you think of a tuna tartare with yuzu dressing ginger ice and fried noodles from Mosa? Or a Kurobuta hotdog with fried streaky bacon, cucumber, pickled daikon, nori flakes and Korean chilli sauce from Santa Barbara? Prefer vegetarian? Try the ‘Pasta Tartufo’; fettuccini with truffle flambéed with vodka and served from a whole Parmesan cheese from Kokomo Beach!

Curaçao Culinair will have a professional jury this year that will taste all the signature dishes of the participating restaurants. The jury members are deputy foodies of sponsors Brandsimex​ and Funmiles. Today we have selected a real Curaçao Culinair fan who knows all about culinary delights to add to the jury. We give a big welcome to Oliver Kerindongo! He is one of the jury members who will taste all the signature dishes on Friday the 6th of April and will help decide the winner of ‘the signature dish competition’ of Curaçao Culinair. We will announce the winning restaurants signature dish Friday night at 8 pm.
